Lead Time: 2-3 weeks on most orders, 4-6 weeks on personalized orders. Rush service is available for an additional $50.
Payment: A 50% deposit is due when placing your order. Balance (and any shipping charges) due before your order ships.
Shelf Life and Storage: 3-4 weeks with proper storage in a cool, dry place (50-62 degrees F). Refrigerating is not recommended.
Setup Fees: A one time setup fee is applied to each personalized image.
Artwork: If you decide to add a personalized message or image to your chocolates, please send your camera-ready design as an Adobe Illustrator file. We will also accept pdf or jpg files, though not recommended. Full-bleed designs are not recommended.
