Who's the chocolate masterchef course level 2 suitable for?
Chocolate Masterchef Level 2 has been designed for chefs, students and foodies. Participants will typically have a good working knowledge of chocolate or will have completed Chocolate Masterchef Level 1.
Do I need to bring anything?
You will be supplied with an apron and all the equipment and ingredients needed for your course. We recommend that you wear comfortable shoes.
What will happen on the day?
Please arrive 10 min early. During the course, you’ll work individually and in pairs. Lunch, refreshments and snacks will be provided.
You will go home equipped with everything you have made, knowledge of the very latest chocolate-making techniques and equipment, and a certificate signed by Isabella. You can also purchase professional chocolate-making equipment and ingredients on the day, or from our online shop.
