HANDS ON CHOCOLATE CLASSES
Dallmann Confections is excited to offer hands-on chocolate classes for the serious chocolate aficionado. In two days we will teach you the basics of creating beautiful and delicious chocolates so you can impress your loved ones in your own home.

LEVEL I
Thursday, September 9th 2010, 6pm-7:30pm
Learn everything about chocolate. From the raw bean to the chocolate bar.
This hands-on class will introduce you to the food of the gods.
You will also learn how to make a ganache, infuse teas, herbs and spices and how to decorate and dip a chocolate ball.

LEVEL II
Friday, September 10th, 2010, 6pm-7:30pm
In this exciting class we will teach you how to use transfer sheets, color your chocolates with a spray gun, decorating chocolate truffles and how to make a delicious caramel.

Classes are limited to 8 students
Each class will last approximately 1.5 hours. There is a maximum of 8 students per class. Each class is $60 per person. Please note you must complete Level I before participating in Level II.

Every student will receive a folder with recipes that can be used at home. All the chocolates made in the class can be taken home to surprise family.

Private In-Home Chocolate Class

What could be more fun than learning to make exquisite chocolate treats with your family and friends in the comfort of your own home? Chocolatier Isabella Valencia is available for private, in-home chocolate classes, which includes a chocolate making demonstration plus a chocolate and wine pairing and tasting. Makes an exciting addition to any dinner party.
