Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a class, a 48 hour cancellation notice is required. Cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled class are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Hands-on chocolate class

Dallmann Confections is excited to offer hands-on chocolate classes for the serious chocolate aficionado. In two days we will teach you the basics of creating beautiful and delicious chocolates so you can impress your loved ones in your own home.

Level I 5pm-7:30pm September 13th

Learn everything about chocolate. From the raw bean to the chocolate bar.

This hands-on class will introduce you to the food of the gods.

You will also learn how to make a ganache, infuse teas, herbs and spices and how to decorate and dip a chocolate ball.

Price: $60.00


Level II 5pm - 7:30pm September 14th

In this class we will show you how to temper chocolate and you will learn the basics of molding chocolates shells. You will also make a ganache and pipe it into the shells.

You will also learn how to make a caramel, cut a ganache and decorate your pieces with transfer and texture sheets.

Price: $60.00



Each class will last 2.5 hours and includes clean up. There is a maximum of 6 students per class. Each class is $60 per person. Please note you must complete Level I before participating in Level II.

Every student will receive a folder with recipes that can be used at home. All the chocolates made in the class can be taken home to surprise family.
