What will you learn?

Here at Dallmann’s, our goal is to introduce you to our handmade hand-picked chocolates by Isabella Knack, the owner and head chocolatier at Dallmann Confections. The chocolate tasting experience will take you on a virtual tour that taps into each taste bud transporting you on a culinary journey of fusion flavors and delectable delights.  And you’ll fall into a divine heaven by pairing each tantalizing bite with a sip of a delectable drink. Jayson Knack, our very own sommelier will share how to identify the wine flavors and what you're looking for when you pair the chocolate and wine together.

How do I get the wine?

We will be tasting 4 chocolates that we suggest to pair with the following wines all of them can be found at

Rombauer 2019 Chardonnay
Nivole Moscato
Daou 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon
Chateau Laribotte Sauterne

Please note that these are simply our suggestions, if you prefer to pair your own wine with our confections you are welcome you to do so.
