Free shipping does not apply to wholesale, corporate or bulk orders and is calculated per address.
Shipping Methods and Fees
- Ground - 2-7 business days $10
- Express - 2-3 business days $15
- Overnight - Next Business Day $45
Now offering international shipping to Canada and Japan. All duties and taxes will be calculated at check out. Please allow for up to 5-7 business days for your international order to arrive after it is shipped.
For orders place between April 15th - October 31st it is recommended that you select overnight shipping to ensure an arrival in perfect condition
Shipments to AK and HI may incur separate shipping fees.
Unexpected weather delays may affect delivery timelines, ship dates and arrival dates. We cannot be held responsible for delays due to weather incorrect address provided to us or other circumstances beyond our control. We can not ship to P.O. or APO boxes.
Orders typically take 1-2 business days to process and fulfill prior to shipment according to your shipping preferences. If you select 2nd day air or overnight shipping we will take priority in those order over ground. If you need to receive your order by a certain date please email email@example.com
We ship our orders Monday through Thursday to avoid chocolates sitting in an unrefrigerated warehouse over the weekend. Orders place Wednesday's after 12:00pm PST will be processed the following week
Our chocolate truffles are handmade with the freshest and premium ingredients. They have a 14-day shelf life after day arrive since we don't use any preservatives or artificial flavors in making them. To fully experience the best taste and texture, we highly recommend to enjoy your treats right away. If you wish to consume them at a later time, here are some tips on how to keep them fresh:
Store the chocolate truffles at a temperature between 55 and 65 degrees.
All of our gift boxes come shrink wrapped which allows you to store the chocolate truffles in your freezer to extend the shelf life for up for 2 months.
We cannot ship to APO or PO Boxes.
Please note that in case of weather-related and/or FedEx/UPS network capacity circumstances FedEx/UPS may include extra transit time that may cause delays, we are not responsible for delays due to weather or shipping exceptions caused by FedEx/UPS network capacity. All delivery date information is an estimate and is not guaranteed.
In cases where Dallmann Confections has been asked to collect delivery information on your behalf, Dallmann Confections will not be held responsible for any errors, delays or additional shipping expenses related to the information provided to us.
You agree to accept and pay any shipping related fee caused by your submission of incorrect, partial, or outdated address information. You also agree that Dallmann Confections will not be held responsible for any delivery failure, delay or shipping exception related to your submission of incorrect, partial, or outdated address information.
If we are asked to intercept a package in mid-delivery and redirect it to a second location or, if you, refuse delivery of our packages, we incur additional charges from our shipping vendors. You agree to accept and pay these charges in full (up to 12 weeks post-delivery).
Our facility handles nuts, wheat, and all associated allergen by-products.
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped for Quality Control. If there is any issue or discrepancy upon receipt of your order, contact Dallmann Confections via email immediately upon receipt. You must provide a picture of the damage/discrepancy including your packing slip or shipping label. Your requests MUST be received within 3 days of confirmed delivery. After 3 days of receipt, Dallmann Confections considers the shipment to be delivered and accepted without issue, and no refunds or re-ships will be offered. To report issues or send photos of damaged product, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Dallmann Confections makes every effort to ensure that your order arrives in its original condition. Ice packs, thermal wrap and corrugated boxes are used to minimize environmental effect. Unless shipped overnight, due to the unpredictable nature of extreme weather and the potential for delay between delivery and client pickup, we do not replace, or refund orders due to damaged caused by melting.
Payment constitutes agreement in full with the terms & conditions as listed above.
