Shipping and Handling:
Orders take 24-48 hours to produce before they are shipped.
Shipping and Handling are a flat fee. Please check out our Shipping & Care information. We take a lot of pride in quick and careful turnaround of all orders that we ship.
Shipping Schedule and Restrictions:
All orders are shipped on Monday - Thursday. To avoid your order sitting in a warehouse over the weekend we do not ship orders on Friday. Orders placed after 10:00am PST will start processing the next business day. We use FedEx to ship for next day, 2nd day and ground orders. Orders shipped ground will only be delivered on weekdays. If you request 2nd day or ground delivery Dallmann Confections shall not be held responsible in case the product arrives in an unsatisfactory condition due to the perishable nature of our confections. Please note that in case of weather related circumstances FedEx may include extra transit time that may cause delays, we are not responsible for delays due to weather or shipping exceptions caused by incorrect address information. If we are asked to intercept a package in mid-delivery and redirect it to some other location, we incur additional charges from our shipping vendors, you agree to accept and pay these charges in full.
Due to the perishable nature of our chocolates we take special care to make sure your order will arrive in perfect condition. Each chocolate box is packaged into a thermal wrap. To protect the chocolate from heat we use ice packs that keep the product cool for up to 24 hrs. For orders placed between April 15th & October 31st it is recommended to choose Next Day Air to ensure an arrival in perfect condition.
Please note that we cannot ship to P.O Boxes or APO's. You must provide a full name and address to ensure proper delivery.
We charge local and state sales tax on orders being shipped to addresses in the state of California.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped for Quality Control. If there is any issue or discrepancy upon receipt of your order contact Dallmann Confections via email for replacement or refund. You must provide a picture of the damage/discrepancy including your packing slip or shipping label. Your requests MUST be received within 3 days of delivery of the order. After 3 days of receipt, Dallmann Confections considers the shipment to be delivered and accepted with no issues, and no refunds or reships will be offered. To report issues or send photos of damaged product, please email email@example.com.
