Welcome to www.dallmannconfections.com ("Site"). This Site is operated by Dallmann Confections Inc. By accessing or using the Site and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Orders, Production & Shipping
Production Time: Orders take 24-48 business hours to produce before they are shipped. Orders placed after 10:00am PST begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Days: Monday through Thursday only. We do not ship on Fridays to prevent chocolate from sitting in a shipping facility over the weekend.
Carriers: We ship via FedEx (Next Day, 2nd Day, and Ground). Ground delivery occurs only on weekdays. Dallmann Confections is not liable for any damages to perishable goods due to customer-requested ground shipping or delivery delays.
Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for delays due to weather, FedEx errors, or incorrect shipping addresses. If a shipment is rerouted or intercepted per your request, you are responsible for any added fees.
Warm Weather Handling: Orders between April 15 and October 31 are packed with ice packs and thermal wrapping. We strongly recommend selecting Next Day Air to ensure product quality.
Shipping Restrictions: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses. A full recipient name and physical address are required.
2. Returns, Refunds & Damaged Orders
We want you to be delighted with your chocolates. If your order is incorrect or arrives damaged, email info@dallmannconfections.com within 3 days of delivery. Include:

The packing slip or shipping label
Requests received after 3 days will not be eligible for refund or replacement. All sales are final due to the perishable nature of our products.
3. Sales Tax
Sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to California addresses in accordance with state and local law.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site—including but not limited to photographs, logos, product images, packaging, names, descriptions, and copy—is the property of Dallmann Confections Inc and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Any use or reproduction without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
5. Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
6. Promotions, Discounts & Bulk Orders
Promotional codes must be applied at checkout and are valid for online purchases only. They may not be combined with other offers or applied to bulk, wholesale, or in-person orders.
7. SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions
By subscribing to text notifications from Dallmann Confections Inc., you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and personalized text messages (e.g., cart reminders, promotional offers) to the mobile number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.
Opt-Out: To unsubscribe, reply with STOP, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE. You will receive a confirmation message. Non-standard opt-out messages may not be recognized.

Supported Carriers: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Boost, and most regional carriers. Delivery not guaranteed in all areas or devices.
Changes: We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
Disputes: Messaging-related disputes are governed by the arbitration and class action waiver clause in Section 9.
8. Accessibility
We are committed to accessibility. If you experience difficulty using our Site due to a disability, please email info@dallmannconfections.com, and we will assist you.
9. Arbitration Agreement & Class Action Waiver
You and Dallmann Confections Inc agree to resolve any disputes through final and binding arbitration rather than in court. You waive the right to a jury trial and class action.
Exceptions: Either party may:

Bring an individual claim in small claims court

Seek injunctive relief for intellectual property infringement

File a claim with a regulatory agency where permitted
Arbitration Procedure: Governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and conducted by the AAA (American Arbitration Association). The arbitrator’s decision will be confidential and binding.
Fees: Dallmann Confections will cover your arbitration filing fee unless your claim is frivolous.
Class Action Waiver: Claims must be brought individually. No consolidated, representative, or class actions are permitted.
Severability: If any part of this arbitration clause is unenforceable, it will be severed, and the rest of the agreement remains in force.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted here with a new effective date.

Who can apply for wholesale?
Wholesale accounts are for approved retail, resale, hospitality, corporate gifting, and event businesses.
What is the minimum order?
The wholesale merchandise minimum is $250 before shipping and tax. Packaged products are ordered in their listed case quantities, and bulk truffles are selected in increments of 25 pieces per flavor.
What happens after I apply?
We review your application. If approved, you will receive an email with a link to set up your wholesale account and begin shopping the collection.
How do ordering and payment work?
You submit an order for review first. We confirm availability, timing, and shipping, then send an invoice for payment by credit card before production begins. Approved payment terms may be offered to selected established accounts.
How quickly can you ship?
Most standard orders are ready in approximately 2–3 business days. Larger, seasonal, and customized orders require confirmed production timing before they are accepted.
How is shipping handled?
Shipping is quoted based on your final order and destination. We use warm-weather protection when needed, and you may provide your UPS or FedEx account number when your order is confirmed.
What is the shelf life?
Shelf life varies by product and flavor. Gift boxes are packed with chocolates that have at least three months of shelf life when shipped; bulk truffle shelf life is shown by flavor.
Can I customize sleeves or chocolate?
Co-branded sleeves and selected custom chocolate designs may be available. Dallmann branding remains on all products; we will confirm artwork, minimums, pricing, and timing before production.
