Bringing our varieties of truffles to a store front near you we have decided to expand our widely popular wholesale business and open up our first retail location “Dallmann Chocolate Boutique” in Del Mar.

The lease with Flower Hill Mall is finally signed. Our store will be located right next to Panikin on the second level. Small but just perfect for my first store. I am working with Buchanan Design and Point of Departure to design a beautiful chocolate boutique. Right now its all about picking out colors and textures. Very exciting!

I don’t even know where to begin. This year has already started with lots of excitement. First of all our brand new website which features new chocolate bars, new exotic chocolate truffles and most anticipated by many of you chocolate lovers our monthly hands on chocolate classes and chocolate tastings.
