  • Female Entrepreneur Scholarship

  • $500 ANNUAL FEMALE ENTREPRENEUR STUDENT SCHOLARSHIP OFFERED BY DALLMANN

The culinary industry is booming and has already nearly returned to pre-pandemic levels. Across the field, women make up almost half of entry-level jobs but are severely underrepresented in business ownership and higher up the management chains. Breaking into the male-dominated food industry is notoriously difficult, which is why Isabella Knack, the owner of Dallmann Confections, has decided to offer an annual $500 scholarship to students working toward their goal of becoming a female entrepreneur in the culinary field.
