Chocolate Making Classes

It is recommended that you take the basic chocolate class before signing up for the advanced class

Who's the advanced chocolate class suitable for?

With no experience required, this chocolate making class is suitable for anyone wishing to learn the skills behind creating handmade chocolates.

How long is the advanced class?

This hands on class will last about 2.5 hrs

What chocolate skills will I learn?

- how to temper chocolate

- how to use chocolate moulds

- how to prepare and pipe fillings

- how to closs shells

What will I make?

Awaken your inner chocolatier as you discover the art of traditional chocolate making. During this advanced class you each student will be able to work with professional eqipment, participate in tempering chocolate, mold professional chocolates molds and learn how to infuse flavors into a ganache. Each student will pipe their own molds, seal the molds and take  their creations home.

Do I need to bring anything?

You’ll be supplied with an apron and all the equipment and ingredients needed for your class. We recommend that you wear comfortable shoes.

What will happen on the day?

Please arrive about 10 min early. To save time, we weigh out most of the ingredients in advance. During the chocolate class, you’ll work in pairs and individually, under close supervision from a professional chocolatier.

 

At the end of your class, you can take away your  chocolate truffles to enjoy at home. You can also purchase professional chocolate-making equipment and ingredients on the day, or from our online shop.
