Our hands on chocolate classes are held in our production facility in El Cajon. Once a month we will teach you everything there is to know about the chocolate making process. From tempering to molding, dipping to piping, decorating to airbrushing, owner and chocolatier Isabella Valencia will teach you the art of chocolate making so you can surprise your loved ones with your very own creations.
